Roquamole dip

I tried out this tasty Roquamole dip after being inspired by Nigella Lawson... and it is so yummy and rather easy to make... I was even able to find some blue corn tortilla chips when I made it again for friends a few days later.

Check out the recipe here and don't worry if you don't have all the ingredients, just improvise like I did (I didn't have any jalapeño chilli peppers or the cheese she uses, so just used plain blue vein cheese).
