The Rainbow Cake

By PaisleyJade - Monday, February 14, 2011

I did it!!  I attempted and conquered the highly acclaimed Rainbow Cake yesterday... well it was either that or make a Barbie Cake, and to be honest, I'd rather cuddle a cactus than make one of those... (no offense to people who have made Barbie cakes by the way).

Rainbow cakes look super scary, but thanks to the amazing Meredy from Count It All Joy I had access to her tips and recipes here (and even a couple of private emails to answer my silly questions). Thank you sooooo much Meredy!!

So here are a few more photos of the cake, because seriously, after all those hours spent making it, it deserves a few more ooooooohs and aaaaaaahhhhs!

I'm holding my breath though, because now Miss 4 is talking about a Rainbow Cake with a Barbie in it! Aaaaarrrrrrgggggghhhhhhh!!
