New Beginnings...

By PaisleyJade - Tuesday, January 31, 2012

Today our youngest daughter started school... our baby.  She decided that she didn't need us to take her to her classroom... but she let us anyway.

Our oldest boy also started High School.  New beginnings and a lot of changes for us this year (I didn't bother offering to walk our oldest to his class ;).

This morning I decided I'd take the special "first day of school" photo.  Then I got reminiscing about all of the other 'first day of school" photos and found them all.

Super cute - I just had to share...

Change and new seasons are exciting, fun, scary and crazy all at the same time.

Trying to embrace it all the best we can... and so thankful to the amazing person who invented the camera as well.

xoxo

  19. Oh I can relate to this post! My eldest, starting high school, has informed me I am not allowed to take the traditional photo of her standing next to the school sign on the first day. (Just in case I couldn't work it out for myself).

Welcome to the next stage of your life with them all at school!

  23. Wow...that came around fast? How was your Playcentre farewell? We had ours at the end of last year, and it was a bit emotional.

I sent my youngest to school, and my oldest to intermediate yesterday...so it feels quite odd having such a quiet home.

All the best on this new journey...I am still adjusting xo
