My Dad rocks!

By PaisleyJade - Sunday, February 06, 2011

So proud of my Dad today for coming 2nd in the Over 60's division of the Sandy Bay leg of the Hyundai Pro Longboard Tour!!!

My Dad has fought long and hard for the Over 60's division (see newspaper article here), with many letters and petitions being made.  I have admired his persistance over the past couple of years and it was so good to see his dream come into a reality.

You rock Dad (and your mustache rocks too)!!!

p.s. You rock too Mum - and happy anniversary to you both for yesterday - 39 years!!!

To check out some of his surfing pics from back in the day go here

Awesome photos thanks to Mike C
