Things I'm Loving...

By PaisleyJade - Friday, March 04, 2011

I wholeheartedly believe that no matter what is happening in your life, there is always something that you can be thankful for... no matter how simple it is.

Here are a few of the things I am loving at the moment...

The excitement a new pair of pyjamas can bring... especially donut ones!

The absolutely amazing response Leonie has had for "Softies for the Children of Christchurch".  If you sew, knit or crochet softies, it's not too late to get involved!

The fun time we had having family races recently... until Miss 4 had a breakdown over not winning every race...

Hearing that this story about the boys big weekend away has been published in the latest edition of Parenting Magazine (I haven't seen it yet - Simone and Mon have pretty amazing articles in there too!).

Loving basketball season and watching my big boy play his heart out...

Link Love: Amazing stories of survival like this, that bring moments of joy in the midst of such a horrible time for Christchurch.  Free online parenting articles like this.

Loving this precious girl and her beautiful smile...

Here's how you can join in....

  17. I remember so well when the kids were little and they had a tough time losing ANY game! I learned the hard way about my bad idea of playing musical chairs at a birthday party for young children!?!
Congrats on your article about the "Big Weekend Away" being published in a magazine! It certainly deserves it!
