I wholeheartedly believe that no matter what is happening in your life, there is always something that you can be thankful for... no matter how simple it is.  

Here are a few of the things I am loving at the moment...

  7. I agree - Crock Pot Courgette Cake recipe please! That's a very bizarre concept but one I'm willing to experiemtn with! Although, wouldn't it kind of taste of onions/the last meal cooked in it?? Just sayin'.... ;) xx

  21. Love your piggy plugs and that cake sounds delicious! I made a courgette cake last year which was sort of like a carrot cake, a chocolate one sounds even better!
