I love Bacon & Egg pie! It delicious, easy to make and can either be served hot or cold. The added bonus is that it's a reasonably cheap meal to make.
Thanks to the trusty Edmond's recipe book for this timeless recipe...

2 sheets Puff Pastry, thawed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup chopped bacon
2 tablespoons spicy chutney

Salt and pepper
1 Tablespoon milk
Preheat oven to 200C. Line a 20cm square shallow cake tin with 1 sheet of pastry.
Sprinkle onion, bacon evenly over the pastry. Dot the chutney on top.
